We will use this page to keep our clients informed about the ongoing changes and developments during the current situation. We will also post regular updated on out Facebook PageWe need client support in minimising the risk of spread while continuing to provide care for your pets.

Retford and Ollerton

 

Both Retford and Ollerton are now open and operating their normal opening times. We are now able to allow clients into the practice with the following protocols in place to help protect both our clients and colleagues;

 

  • Please arrive for your appointment on time and not too early;

  • Telephone us to inform us that you are here; (please bear with us as the lines are currently very busy);

  • Please wait outside or in your car and the vet will come and call you in for your appointment;

  • One client will be able to enter the practice with their pet for each appointment;

  • Face coverings must be worn by every client if you are entering the practice (if you arrive to the practice without a mask you will be able to purchase one from us);

  • Hand sanitiser must be used on entry;

  • Social distancing to be observed at all times;

  • Payments should be made at reception when leaving your appointment or via the telephone on the same day.

 

If you are shielding or still feel uncomfortable about coming into the practice please call us when you arrive and we can bring and treat your pet inside whilst you wait in the car. We have missed you all and we can’t wait to safely welcome you back in now that we are able to! Please bear with us and remember that we are still working with reduced staff and catching up on routine appointments.

 

Essential Prescription medications will be available for collection on a specific day and we ask that clients pay for medications over the phone to allow minimal time at the practice and contact. Please also allow for extra time when requesting medications as although we are still receiving our orders, they are not as frequent as normal. Our out of hours and weekend emergency services are continuing as normal. We urge clients who are isolating or pose any potential risk of infection spread to stay away from the practice so we can maintain our service to the standards we demand of ourselves and that our clients deserve.

 

The services we are able to provide during the current situation will constantly be reviewed and updated.
