Practice Closure

We are saddened to announce that Portland House Equine in Retford will permanently close on Wednesday 14th August 2024. The Small Animal and Farm Animal departments remain open and unaffected, and will continue to provide veterinary services going forward.

However, the team at Churchfield Equine in Sheffield would love to welcome you and your horse(s) from now on. You can expect the same level of expertise and support from them. They will have full access to our clinical records to ensure continuity of care, and you will continue to receive reminders for appointments and other regular communications as per usual.

If you have a future appointment booked at Portland House Equine, a team member will be contacting you shortly to rebook this for you.

Staying with Churchfield Equine means:

  • Any medical history will be automatically available
  • Online payment facility will continue
  • Out-of-hours care will be at Churchfield Equine
